Innovation is occurring in the creative tension generated when people with different expertise, background and mindset meet in an open environment building on each other´s strengths. In the context of enabling true progress in the biomedical sector I would consider three main dimensions;

- Basic scientific progress vs Clinical benefit for patients
- Academic deep research vs Industrial commercial application
I have the experience working along all these dimensions and could therefore catalyze fruitful and open interactions between experts in respective area. Listening, challenging, building, learning and action is my approach.
