I have operated on executive, operational and strategic levels in both international pharmaceutical companies (as vice president) and in academic institutions (as professor; see brief CV). My distinguishing strength is a very broad experience at senior levels in multi-cultural organizations. I have led people from many different cultures in addition to the Swedish one (US, UK, France, Germany, India, China, Iceland…) and ofter cross borders. During most of my industry career I was managed (at a distance) by English leaders. This gives me the opportunity to tackle a problem from multiple angles and generate a creative open tension. I have “Been there, done that” , learnt and moved ahead.
